It was dry, except for some drizzle at the end of the walk, but was windy on high ground and foggy on top of Great Whernside. It was wet and boggy underfoot for most of the walk.

It was a bright day with intermittent rain and drizzle and very little wind. Most of the walk was on rough ground. it was wet underfoot, but the ground was mostly firm.
