The A walkers met today at Butts Road recreation ground Farnley Tyas HD4 6UR, grid reference SE 163 124 at 10 am. The distance and ascent of the walk were 10.6 miles and 1,748 feet, according to ViewRanger on a Moto X Play. There were 19 people on the walk.

It was cold and mostly dry, and was frequently muddy underfoot, but the mud was mostly neither deep nor sticky.
